Wisconsin DNR Go Wild

Ready to get your License to Excitement?

The Spring Turkey Bonus Harvest Authorization sale is one of the most popular events for DNR customers. The Wisconsin DNR and Go Wild are ready to help you prepare for the 2026 Spring Sale.

Spring Turkey Bonus Harvest Authorization Sale begins at 10:00 a.m. each day:

  • March 16 — Zone 1; 40,324 harvest authorizations available
  • March 17 — Zone 2; 17,639 harvest authorizations available
  • March 18 — Zone 3; 33,600 harvest authorizations available
  • March 19 — Zone 4; 12,811 harvest authorizations available
  • March 20 — Zone 5; 3,103 harvest authorizations available
March 20 — Zone 6; no harvest authorizations available
    March 20 — Zone 7; 106 authorizations available
  • March 21 — All remaining harvest authorizations for any zone

Depending upon customer demand, you may experience a waiting period before you are let into the Go Wild site. To prepare for the sale, each day at 9:45 a.m., an online queuing system will be used to manage volume in the Go Wild system. At 10:00 a.m. all online users who are on the site will be randomly assigned a number and staged into a “virtual” line regardless of the actual time you entered into the system. There is no advantage for customers who enter the site before 9:45. Customers who enter the site after 10:00 will be added to the line in the order in which they arrive.

Spring Turkey Bonus Harvest Authorizations may also be purchased at over 800 Go Wild agent locations. Customers at these locations will be in a physical line managed at each location.

The Wisconsin DNR thanks you for your patronage and we wish you a fun, exciting, and safe hunting experience.
